Nice offer of coffee, cake and food. Unfortunately only convenience products. Spaetzle, sauce, goulash, pizza, vegetables - none of them are homemade. Either from the pack or from the freezer. For the price, warming up is simply not cooked enough! With antipasti it is not an issue to get everything out of the glass. But I would have expected at least something to be prepared by yourself. Pity! These 3 stars are for service, very nice staff, atmosphere and the music in the background.

Ate here almost every day during our vacation. Be it breakfast or lunch. The food was always terrific and served with love. The prices are also a challenge for the quality offered. We would like to come again.

This cafe is very central so to be recommended. We ordered a farmer's breakfast, it tasted very tasty and the staff is very nice.

If you want to eat well in Friedrichshafen and at any time, you are in good hands in the Rathaus Café, as the Haflers put it so beautifully. Price-performance ratio is perfect there. The restaurant is not directly on the lake. This way you escape the typical tourist crowd. Compared to some overpriced restaurants that set their prices due to the direct location to the lake and not to the food on offer, you get good dishes here at a fair price. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The Rathaus Café has hot meals all day and is open until 11 p.m., so you can have a cocktail with friends.

Very friendly staff and also the owners (who work with them themselves) are always polite, nice and courteous - great service, simple 👍🏻👍🏻 the breakfast menu is very tasty and fine, as are all the other dishes. But the Rathauscafe is also ideal for "just having a coffee or a cocktail". A cafeteria that is run with a lot of heart and soul. I'm always happy to be here. 👍🏻😊

Just wanted to have a quick coffee, the older waitress was not very friendly, we first got a sheet of paper in which we had to fill in name, address and telephone number, the young waitress and the slightly older gentleman were clearly friendlier. Sorry, we also had to enter what time we came, there was also a column for leaving, but we didn't have to enter anything. It's really sad, we are all restricted in our freedom by Corona, but Corona is definitely not to blame for unfriendliness

Breakfast was ok overall. The cocktails in the evening were all delicious and reasonably priced for the region. Definitely recommended for nice hours in the evening.

The cafe is centrally located in downtown Friedrichshafen. You can stop at any time of the day and find the right drinks and food - you can have coffee in the afternoon and a beer or wine in the evening. You can sit inside and outside when the weather is nice. The prices correspond to the upscale lunch class.

The location is nice and the staff is friendly, but for a place with such good ratings we were super disappointed with the food. We got breakfast (Englisch breakfast & zypriotisches Frühstück)- the fried eggs' yolks were broken (basic cooking mistake... What restaurant still serves that to it's clients?), there were 2 mushrooms, one tiny piece of tomato and one tiny piece of cucumber, no butter for the toast, super dry olives. I could've done way better at home. I don't recommend this place for breakfast.

Great breakfast, great service and also a great lunch menu. Have been here several times. Sitting outside by the fountain is very nice.

Very well-kept bathroom, great importance is attached to cleanliness. Large lawn with water slide whirlpool and great children's area kiosk has good food. Water temperature is very pleasant and water does not contain chlorine but is cleaned using a new process. And of course the waves like at the sea, entry It's cheap. The employees are friendly and the service is good.

Ambience: The café at the town hall has an outdoor area, which can only be recommended if the weather is fine. Quality of drinks and food: Our team tested the breakfast selection and was unfortunately disappointed. Unfortunately, the bacon was seared and the four slices of toast were cold until they were served. The deco (slice of cucumber and tomato) were loveless and somehow out of place. However, the biggest criticism was: The so-called: regional plate. Consisting of cheese, sausage, salami, butter and jam. The practiced eye immediately recognizes the shaped meat, as can be seen in the pictures, as expected, so the taste was not particularly good. Also the salami. The taste of the jam was not to be enjoyed. Only the classic: bread with Nutella was good in taste. The roll fresh and delicious. But be careful: Nutella is not on the menu, you have to ask extra here. Beverages : There is nothing wrong with the orange juice, the coffee or the hot chocolate. Good taste. Price-performance ratio: The price-performance ratio is okay here. Except for the: regional plate. Everything is edible. Summary: In summary, to go for a drink in the morning or to have a bite to eat, the café in the town hall is definitely recommended and worth a visit, but you should still keep an eye on the quality when choosing breakfast .

The service is always hit or miss however last time we went it was a total disaster. Two friends had to leave early and paid for their drinks, we stayed but found out they had cancelled the food we ordered. When we asked what the delay was they told us but said that they would bring the food straight away. After this only one study arrived as again we had to ask for the second. When trying to pay we were ignored twice by one of the waiters and had to ask a waitress twice for the bill. The second time of asking she didn't seem to remember had already asked her. When the bill finally arrived it still contained the drinks or friend had already paid for. This was quickly fixed but the while experience was very frustrating.

The chicken dish is really good.

This is de facto place to go in Friedrichshafen. You can't go wrong going there. Amazing staff, great beer and wine selection, amazing food and the have there daily affordable meals!

As a family with kids had a great evening. Food was good and service excellent. Very friendly and accomodating. Pricing was decent and not overpriced at all.
